If you don’t want to buy a Neto pot try just putting comfortably warm water in your hand and lightly sniffing into one side of your nose at a time. OR get a squeeze bottle of prepared saline solution from the pharmacy area of a store. I like it better than the free version!! Easier and not too expensive.

my mother taught me this, but its a well known natural remedy for sinus problems— inhale water steam with peppermint oil in it. the headache relief is incredible and kicks in within seconds or minutes. I do this every time I have any sinus problem

It may sound simple but try to notice when you ate last. A snack can help with headaches, also hydration status. Peppermint oil or a headache blend of EOs.
