      If you’re still experiencing gerd you need to change what you’re eating. Your body is screaming for you to help it! You can download the yuca app it has a scanner you can scan the foods before you eat or buy to make sure it’s decent and not cancerous or gerd causing. It also shows you alternatives you can buy!       Also incorporate bananas into a regular daily diet, chewing gum is supposed to help the digestive tract perform normally, and try sleeping on your left side

        @nifty I take a probiotic. I will try eating more banana. I chew gum a lot and most times I sleep on my left side but it is hard because I move around in my sleep.

        @Stick_Stickly Ginger helps with the nausea but gives me heartburn for some weird reason.
