When you are experiencing symptoms, the over the counter regular Azo is very good for calming inflammation and pain.

Stay away from caffine, drink lots of water, doctors are divided on the cranberry efficacy, but I still take the Avo cranberry supplement. Dandelion tea and Yerbe Mate teas are great for cleaning and detoxifying the body. Put lemon or apple cider vinegar in your water, and drink lots of it. If you dont like the taste of ACV, you can buy it in pills. Aloe juice is also good for cleansing. Keep track of how much fluids you take in. If you notice you are not eliminating as much as usual, and you have low back pain, call your doctor immediately. You could be experiencing a blockage.
