Natural Headache Relief: Tips and Tricks

ThereICE head wrap. I've used it once and it was wonderful. But... so NOT freeze it, fridge or room temp (surprisingly cool). Otherwise, think ice cream headache while being crushed while having ice picks in your eyes, too much cold. I put it on and took a nap. Gentle pressure and cooling did the trick.

I used to take hot water steam and good sleep....wrap my head with cloth......helps me a lot

Personally certain smells really help me to relax and stop migraines faster, I really enjoy lavender and pumpkin they are very soothing and allow me to relax and not focus on the migraines

Magnesium supplements or magnesium rich foods help me a lot! I also notice for me sugary and carby foods trigger migraines, I recommend a food log! Also I got a Peppermint oil Migraine stick from Amazon and when I feel a headache coming on I put that on the temples of my head, that helps the migraine a little bit! I’ve also seen some pretty cool ice pack hats!
