I need tips for naturally managing my endometriosis symptoms. I’ve been on birth controls and they don’t help/mess with my hormones terribly. I want to avoid hormonal prescriptions if possible.

You can work on diet and taking anti-inflammatory supplements, but most folks do need surgery and sometimes hormonal management. I do know some folks feel fine just having the surgery, others don’t, it’s pretty individual
IUD is the only thing that helped me. I got the kyleena because it's the smallest/least amount of hormones
What symptoms are you trying to focus on? I know for myself a lot of my most severe symptoms aside from chronic pain & cramping is nausea and abdominal discomfort/other GI symptoms. I’ve found that Traditional Medicinals Throat Coat herbal tea helps tremendously with nausea, bloating, etc. if that’s something you struggle with. I’ve also had a noticeable reduction in pain levels from light exercise when feeling up to it—I’m talking even a short walk through the neighborhood, & especially stretching the hips, glutes, & torso. Hope this helps a little!
