Looking for natural alternatives to Adderall

Thanks everyone! Juicing is a great idea! I do take a multi and other vitamins but still feel so wiped out.

@fibrofoggirl a friend of mine in FL takes phenternine. I’m really not sure what the differences are or how they help or effect people, honestly. I just know I need to find a solution because I’m so tired and so fatigued that I just want to stay in bed all the time, but then I end up in more pain from being in bed so long. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve been juicing first thing in the morning… I’ve been feeling a little better. Just a thought. It did take about a month to start feeling the effects

i started taking coenzyme q10 a few months ago and it has helped with my fatigue! also sports drinks tend to help a good bit too! i particularly like body armor :) but anything with electrolytes is great!

I used to go to a diet dr. And he gave me phentermine. Is that like Adderall? What state are you in?
