Yes, to all of them, tho the tics I'm not sure are related to the cataplexy/narcolepsy because we have other things that can cause it We deal with all of these, the caffeine one being the worse because it's a gamble on if it helps or not. Some days, it can actually give us energy, but *also* makes us even more tired at the same time, which is extremely confusing. I'm wondering if that's an us thing or if others experience that too.
