Naming My Mobility Aid: Does Anyone Else Do This?

My parents are weird about my platform crutches that I use all the time, I suggest you just try to ignore it and know that you need the aid

Yes! I named my crutches Merlin (right) and Arthur (left), my wheelchair Guinevere, and my electric scooter Morgana.

Update: Changing my canes name to Tealie cause I think it sounds nicer IMO.

Definitely give it a name, I think it helps with acceptance in a way. Makes it easier for me

I hated my knee brace after surgery (and don’t much care for any of my post surgical/post injury braces either), so it didn’t deserve a name
