Taking Naltrexone for Joint Pain: Any Experiences?

Is there anyone here taking Naltrexone for their joint pain? Even though Naltrexone is used to prevent relapses into alcohol or drug abuse. My Doctor put me on it because it temporarily blocked the MU receptors which is linked to pain.
