Mysterious Medical Symptoms: Dizziness, Brain Zaps and Twitching

hello! i have been experiencing quite a few symptoms for a while and i have seen the doctor several times, but still have no answers. i experience severe dizzy spells, 70% of the time eating helps, but not every time. my diet is the best it's ever been, i have been eating very much and very well, so i don't think my diet is the problem. often when i just have to wait out the dizziness, i will lay down, but that brings on indescribably intense brain zaps. like someone's reaching into my skull and shaking my brain. i've been lucky in that i haven't had any brain zaps for a while, and i am very happy about it because they SUCK. i also often very suddenly become EXTREMELY fatigued out of nowhere. i sleep 8+ hours every night. i was going to watch a movie with my boyfriend one time but couldn't stay awake, and just as i was falling asleep he asks if im okay. i say "yeah, why?" and he tells me i'm twitching. i asked how, and he imitated the twitches, apparently my whole body was twitching. it was a uniform twitch, almost like something was tugging him at the chest. this made me curious as brain zaps feel like a big, intense twitch. sometimes i become unreasonably nervous at random. occasionally i have palpitations. i also have this weird thing with my ribs? but thats a whole other problem for another post. does anyone have any ideas as to what this could be? im sick of feeling sick

That sounds like it could be a problem with the brain. I'd definitely consider seeing a neurologist

im hoping that if the cardiologist doesn't find any problems, they'll send me there next. otherwise it might be a dead-end :(
