Myasthenia Remission: Relapse?

Hello I have myasthenia I have been in remission for 10yrs now but i get reminders that i still have this condition and I need to slow down at times. has anyone ever been in remission and then got it really bad all over again?

The doctors tell me I'm in remission but I sure don't feel like it at times, Some of my friends call me lazy, But they just can't understand the fact that my body is eating itself

No remission yet. Went in to a clinic study at VCU in Richmond VA. Dropped out when started getting worse and slurring. Started ivig treatment and helped but not much.
