Hello. I have over the last few months lost weight by going down to two meals a day. I eat a protein rich breakfast with two or three poached eggs sometimes sardines or bacon and then a home cooked tea always with meat or fish. So I have plenty of protein and relatively few carbs and I don’t now feel hungry mid day.
