so, I want to come on here to hear people's stories and experiences with this. today my mom was told she has COPD or more specifically I guess, emphysema. she has yet to have an appointment with her doctor to discuss it, and she does work in the healthcare field so she is aware of what it is. she quit smoking 7 years ago and we don't know why she got it now. we are worried. what are your guys experiences with this?
