Hey, I lost my dad and don’t speak to my mom. I understand how you feel. You have to take it one day at a a time . Remember you can’t take care of them if you aren’t okay first. Make sure you are managing your headaches with Tylenol water and cold showers. Reach out for help!!! This should not have to fall all on you especially because you can reach out for help like the person above said. Be there for eachother. You are so very lucky to have eachother, and you all together will keep eachother strong. Are they younger ? See if maybe there’s some therapy for them and you that can help you release some negative emotions and build your bond together. There’s nothing more special than your brothers and sisters.
