I have Ic and may have ibs as well (dr thinks so but test hasn’t been confirmed) I also have anxiety and thinks like that And im tired….just tired physically from peeing all the time But other than that, I really am doing great and am blessed and hopeful and positive right now!

I suffer from Chronic IC as well. I’m trying everything. Bladder instillations, Pelvic Floor physical therapy, trigger point injections, suppositories, creams. I get it. I have not found much relief on this flare. I’m sorry you are miserable though. :( a lot of the things I mention do help a lot of people.

@Piper1955, what have you heard about acupuncture?

I am going to a Chiropractor once a week. I would love to try acupuncture.

The thing that helped me the most with my interstitial cystitis was seeing a chiropractor who worked on my lower back, working with an allergist, and getting medicated for diabetes. Everybody has a different root cause. Over time you might find yours. Trick is listening to your body and noticing what seems to relate to your flares.

I am going through bladder treatments. They put Heparin and a steroid and lidocaine and an antibiotic in.my bladder. I have to hold it for 1 hour..1 time a week for 12 weeks. It is helping a lot.

Hi Gracie, I also suffer chronic cystitis pain in addition to IBD, nerve pain, and dysautonomia. Hope you find some relief soon
