Dealing with Muscle Weakness and Numbness

I have already been dealing with some muscle weakness but recently I have started having numbness. My arms and hands get numb but not tingly numb. It’s been happening in my arms and hands and I notice it happening in the shower when I wash my hair. Has this also happened to anyone?

My arms and hands get numb when I get stressed out like pre panic attack. Also, I notice that I wake up to numb arms a lot. I might be laying on a nerve or something. For you, I'd recommended seeing a chiropractor and go from there.

I sometimes wake up with numbs arms too. Even if I sit on the toilet for a long time, my legs get numb. Lol.

Yeah this happens to me too. My arms and even my legs used to get numb when doing things like going up stairs or washing my hair. Taking my pills helped a lot and I can say they don't get numb as often anymore or even as bad. My doctor had to change to a higher dosage of medication. Talk to your doctor about it and maybe they can help you a bit!

happens to me when I’m more anxious than usual, I also have hypothyroid as well so I feel that kinda contributes because sometimes it happens when i’m holding up my arm and playing my switch

it’s seems so easy to over work or overexert myself. My muscles are also more tender… And today I’m super tired more than usual. My whole body feels heavy 😞
