Muscle Tension During Anxiety Attacks

anybody else's muscles tend to tighten up a lot during an anxiety attack? i'm slowly coming down from an attack, but i just hate how my body tenses up painfully. doesn't go away for hours, sometimes days.

Unfortunately yes I exprience this the only thing that has helped me is acupressure mats

There is something called progressive muscle relaxation. Try it out. It has helped me!

Lime Flower tea is great for Anxiety. The plant is called "Tila". Not to be confused with the green citrus fruit Lime. Also Magnesium spray stops the painfull cramps.
