Muscle Pain and Fibromyalgia: Anyone Else Experiencing This?

does your muscle pain feel stingy throughout your body for lack of a better word? my pain started in my lower back where i have schnorls nodes in my vertebre and spread and now about 5 years later it’s everywhere. I am very thin and even the top of my foot is stingy/staby if i touch or heaven forbid rub the muscles. I was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia and i know widespread pain is normal but i am curious if other peoples muscles are like this

🤗it is not imaginary. Sensitivity to touch is common with fm. Sometimes I can find relief with a weighted pillow or blanket with heat or cold packs depending on what you respond to.

Mine makes it feel like a constant ache kinda like a Charlie horse but it doesn't go away and it really burns even. I have to icy hot sometimes and that helps but mostly my meds help with it.

Yeah fibro does that. Ive found that pain caused by other things (such as muscle issues) makes it flare. Not sure why tho
