Dealing with Muscle Pain and Depression

Hi! My question is do you have any pain in your muscles? Do you find most doctors just say it’s not in their scope of practice and there’s no treatment or cure? How can I do therapy when I can hardly walk? I do get down. How do you get yourself up and smiling everyday?

I have never had any pain in my muscles only the muscle weakness ! I was diagnosed back in 2010 and am still walking ! I did get AFOs which really help with walking

I've been going through a gammit of testing and have been told there's no cure or really much for treatment. I've just started physical therapy so I'll see if that helps. I don't have any pain, just weakness. Especially trouble walking up stairs and standing up out of a chair

I have no pain ! Only muscle weakness! The AFOs are to help me walk faster and keep up with my kids and grandkids ❤️
