Muscle Pain After Allergic Reaction and Vomiting

How do you ease the muscle pain from violently throwing up for hours? I ate something I guess I am allergic to. I violently threw up for over 3 hrs. In addition, hives appeared after the first time and got worse every time I threw up. I ended up in the ER yesterday after collapsing and nearly losing consciousness. I am feeling better, but the muscle pain is horrible and makes it hard to move around. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!

I found out the hard way that I was allergic to mollusks AKA clams, oysters, other filter feeders. Within an hour of eating oysters Rockefeller I was throwing up violently, started having explosive diarrhea, so it was coming out both ends I was throwing up and then I needed to evacuate my bowels. This progressed from driving maybe 45 miles to home and I had to go to the emergency room because I couldn't stop throwing up and I couldn't stop defecating so I feel you. They had to give me an IV and gave me medication to stop the nausea and explosive diarrhea and yes I had severe cramps because I was vomiting and defecating and couldn't stop I had to use a heating pad and I got 2 of the large one where I could kind of wrap it around the front and then I had one in the back so I had two just turn them all the way up and crank them on high and I had to use bromo seltzer or like Alka-Seltzer to help with the internal pain give that a try and lkm

I did think about using my heating pads. Thank goodness that helped. It was a rough few days, but I made it through it. Thanks for the help!
