yes same, my mental health makes my ibs worse and the ibs makes my mental health worse. It’s like a never ending cycle

Yes and it’s rough. I already have anxiety and seasonal depression. It’s hard to not feel sad or depressed when you feel like a burden to your spouse. I don’t think I am but my brain automatically goes there due to my anxiety.
