Dealing with Multiple Chronic Conditions

I'm in the process of getting a diagnosis of IIH and I also have Hashimotos and PCOS. I was wondering if anyone else has all 3 conditions that I could connect with? I'm trying to get a game plan together to combat all 3, but it is really confusing and difficult.

What were your symptoms of pcos? I suspect it but haven’t been tested yet

Irregular and painful periods, excess hair where it shouldn't be, and horrible acne.

I have Hashimotos and PCOS and was diagnosed with IIH via spinal tap.

For my Hashimotos, the doctors tell me I’m within normal ranges still in regard to my other thyroid tests so they won’t do anything. In regard to PCOS, I don’t want to have children and can’t take hormonal birth control because of chronic migraine, so they don’t do anything for that either. Recently I broke down and cried in the doctor’s office about the facial and chest hair so they just started me on spiralactone (probably spelling that wrong) but it’s only been a few days on that.

I don’t have PCOS but it’s odd because I have a lot of symptoms that are consistent with it. I have bad issues with facial hair growth but given up and have come to think I just have to shave it unfortunately
