Numb Arm with MS - Seeking Advice

To release the pressure it’s been 20 years and done nothing else for it

They say it’s my pinched nerve in my neck where my spine is thinning .But haven’t done anything for it in years they put a little brace in my neck to separate my spinal cord.

My left lateral thigh has been numb 40 years. No one acknowledges my complaints
