Personally, my presenting symptom (optic neuritis) is still no cake walk, but I'd take it over what happened after giving birth to my son. I had to learn how to walk and talk again so I could teach him. Fatigue is my biggest issue these days and I still can't see out of my right eye, but MS is still the best bad thing that ever happened to me because it taught me how much a person can take for granted, so while I have the time, I'm not stopping.

One person shared that they were originally diagnosed with rrms in 2011 and after a fall and concussion in 2015, their MS has become progressive. They are now wheelchair bound and despite treatment with Lemtrada, they haven't regained any mobility. Another person is struggling with severe flares of a likely neuro condition, possibly MS, which has significantly impacted their life to the point where they can't work or drive due to symptoms like double vision and cognitive/neuro symptoms.
