Hi everyone! I am 2 years into my diagnosis (RRMS). My least favorite part, not that there are any favorites about having any sort of diagnosis… but the lamest part is getting MRIs done. While I usually listen to music while getting the mri done, the mri machine overpowers that. What do you guys usually think about when you’re in there for 3 hours 🙃 do you ever feel hot in there? Like you want to scream but you also don’t want to move because then you would have to start the process all over again.

Hey! I feel the same way when they want to do all mine back to back. I usually ask to take a break halfway through. Also I get extreme amounts of vertigo when I’m in there so Valium helps. Maybe listen to a podcast the day before and think and reflect upon that?

😖😩 three hours? I feel for you. I literally just say something positive over and over. But I'm usually in for 15-30 mins
