MRI Results: Mild Sinus Disease?

So I got my MRI results back and everything looks good because it says everything was “unremarkable” .. but in the impressions section it says “Mild bilateral anterior ethmoid and maxillary mucosal sinus disease” So is this just sinus? I know I have to wait for my doctor to explain but I was just curious. And I looked up the symptoms but I don’t have symptoms to match.. I recently had a CT scan in December and they said they saw mucus but not enough to cause the symptoms I have. I had another CR scan about 2 weeks ago and that time they said nothing.. these were both done at ER.. What are y’all thoughts?

Unfortunately, that just means you have sinusitis in the ethmoid and maxillary sinus both sides in the front portion of them. Since they stated it is unremarkable, it means they don’t think it’s too serious or causing issues. This is my take on it but I’m sure your doc will give you better answers. Good luck
