Ask multiple people close to you to list the things you are good at. Then make a list of things you like doing. Are you motivated by money or by influence? Are you a realist or an idealist? Are you artistic? Are you a good communicator? Are you good at problem solving and critical thinking? Do you have higher than average emotional intelligence?
