Restrictive diet I used to think it was my food allergies as well and went in a very restrictive diet trying to control them. And nothing I did seemed to get rid of them I lived on kanka. Then I got off fluoride and can enjoy more food without getting them. I still have to be careful and not overindulge but if I accidentally or just treat myself to a little bit of something I'm allergic to I won't get canker sores

Yes! I stopped using fluoride toothpaste/mouth wash and they went away!

I get mine from food allergies, so i’m just wondering how best to treat them, it’s hard for me to control them, since i sometimes aren’t aware i’m eating gluten or etc… but i’ve tried that, it’s seems ti makes them no inflamed as bad when i do have them.
