Motor Skills Impairment and Mental Illness: Seeking Advice

Hello my lovelies! What are your experiences with motor skills impairment and mental illness? I woke up this morning in a lot of vague pain/discomfort coupled with intermittent nausea, and a poke of mild dizziness.. I'm not sure what exactly is triggering it.. I want to give more details, but I'm so tired.. just wanted to know if anyone else with a similar profile experienced this.. Anyone out there who has, if you have any advice or suggestions for what to do. It would be appreciated. Thank community 💖

I'd go see your primary care doctor. That sounds like could be entirely unrelated to mental illness.

💕 Thank you for the recommendation and I apologize fort the delayed reply, I'm not on here often. I appreciate your insight! I thought maybe it was some neurological reaction to some sort of disregulation, I'm glad to know it might be something else more treatable 💕
