But also I think it's in the mind, when you do not know how to get into a relationship since being living with HIV. And at times no one to really talk to.....

Same here. Sleep is a critical factor in motivation. Hope you can get your sleep figured out. The way I help myself work thru my lack of motivations is make daily lists and then make it a game to get thru each list each day. Doesn't need to be a big list, just 3 or 4 things you need/want to get done each day. Find rewards you can give yourself too. Like if there is a podcast you want to listen to and you have a thing on your list to get done allow yourself to listen to the podcast during or after you get the thing done on your list. You've got this. I believe in you.
