Motegrity not working for Gastroparesis

I’m on motegrity too and I have gastroparesis as well, have you tried trulance or Linzess? I take trulance in the morning combined with mirolax in my coffee and motegrity in the afternoon I still only make one bowel movement a day. It’s not the most effective for me but it’s getting the job done and I will most likely need pyloric surgery as I get very full and bloated easily but I thought I’d share!

Is the med causing you constipation or is that just something you already deal with? cause it’s main purpose is to help with constipation. I was disappointed because I was taking it as a prokenetic to speed up my stomach motility and it only helped a bit at first. I think seeing a specialist is good because they’ll have more expertise and may have more treatment options than a general doctor.
