Mood Swings: The Rollercoaster of Emotions

does anyone else go through intense waves of good days then crash into extremely bad days, just to wake back up like nothing happened? it's very exhausting to not know how my mood will be as it fluctuates so quickly.

Yeah... I'm in the middle of one of those HUGE crashes after a week long high, some days I wake up void of emotions and some days I go through every negative emotion, so far this crash has lasted about a week, but it dosent look like it's letting up any time soon, I'm hoping it will die down for a while because I know I will have to prepare for one of my biggest battles in April.❤️

There’s been days that I’ll cry and shake all day with a feeling of dread…..then the next day I’m ok

yesterday, I was thriving at work. making sales and having good, enjoyable conversations today, I've been couch locked, eating chocolate candy and watching true crime for the last 5 hours..
