Mood swings and physical symptoms - any advice?

Hi there! I’m not sure if this is anxiety but I think it could be related. Recently I’ve had a lot going on but find myself to be acting in highs and lows. I will generally be very down for about two weeks and be so upset to the point where I start to make myself sick. I had to go into urgent care this last Thursday due to stomach problems. Sometimes I start feeling better physically and mentally and I’ll be back to where I was before the lows. I feel a lot more confident and feel healthier as well. Sometimes I start to push my limits when I’m feeling better, which is so unlike me. Anyone know what this might be? Or is it just an odd hormone thing. If so any advice? Thank you <3

I definitely had that problem a year ago. My anxiety was super bad, one day i felt great and so ready for anything, the next i felt horrible and like everything was wrong. I never acted on any of it, it was just anxiety. I talked to a therapist and my doctor, and i was started on prozac for social anxiety mainly. Talk to someone! Its great and you got this! :)
