Mood swings and feeling lonely

i didn’t go to class today bc i was depressed/exhausted and felt very lonely. however, about 4 hours later, i feel hopeful and in a good mood. whenever my mood changes like this, it makes me feel like the negative mood i had before wasn’t even real/was exaggerated (even though i know it was not). can anyone else relate to this ?

I just found out I bpd and I am still confused about it. So my emotions are everywhere so sometimes I am okay and then I am not.

do more research into what BPD is. See what fits and then find ways to accommodate with or deal with the lack of regulation. Behavioral therapy could help.

Yes. Oh my goodness at least once a year regardless of whatever prior engagement or anything I get this overwhelming feeling that I do not belong outside and I need to stay inside at all costs. If I do go out on those days I’m so on edge it’s crazy.

I do. It's a horrible cycle cus you feel like crap, feel better, but feel like crap mentally again for not going somewhere you're supposed to like work or school because you couldn't handle it earlier.
