But they’ve also left me feeling strange as in like, I’ll know typically I’d be depressed or crying at something but now it feels kinda impossible to do so. I took lamictal and I didn't notice much of a difference, however it did increase my heart rate a ton up in the 90s and 110s so I stopped it. Now I'm just doing DBT.
