Dealing with Monthly Abdominal Migraines and Vomiting

I don't know if this will help you but my doctor has me take Keppra for my abdominal migraines and it has helped tremendously for mine

I have such a hard time with it but I have ginger/mint chews and tea, I keep a warm heating pad on my stomach, keep a diffuser on with mint oil in it, and I take ondansatron when it gets really bad.

Do you take any medication for either nausea or migraines?! tea sometimes helps. Mint helps. Showers help. 🤷🏻‍♀️
