if I don't take my medicine I can walk right, speak right or eat by myself and my doctor tells me I'm fine 😔

You could be having worse symptoms. I have flare-ups and it happens every few months and it lasts a week, this time mine lasted 3 weeks, which means I am most likely getting worse
