How to Monitor Progression of My Condition?

For me I've had it go up and down. My joints will get more painful and the fatigue will get ridiculous then meds will get shifted or ill find something that helps and it will get better for a bit and then we start all over. As for the other things they tend to pop up randomly for me, like random pain in my upper stomach here and there quickly turned to an er visit to have my enflamed gall bladder removed.
