Seeking Advice for Mobility Issues

so I am going into my doctor next week to talk about having issues with my mobility. I am having increased amounts of pain walking shorter distances. Any advice on what questions I should be asking or what my be helpful. While I have had eds for a while this is the first time it is getting in the way of daily life all the time instead of just a sprain or dislocation
