how long have you had a period for? If it’s been less than a year then I wouldn’t worry about it, periods are weird when you first start

There are a lot of things that can cause missing a period, but I’d check with your doctor because 3 months is a while and something might not be right.

Ive been on my meds for a long time and I've still had my period so I don't think that's what caused it I don't think I have POTS

Are you on anything that might have stopped it? It's not normal to go without a period for that amount of time. Do you have POTS or something along the lines of that? I would suggest getting it checked out by a doctor just in case something is worse than just POTS.
