Missing a Dose of Paroxetine: Effects and Symptoms

I was wondering-- if you miss just one dose of paroxetine, can you feel it? Does it feel like your brain is on fire, or buzzing with electricity? Does it make your eyes feel weird? Can you feel if your brain is in pain? I'm wondering if this is just me or if this is common?

Absolutely. I take 50mg and missing one dosage in the morning can have me breaking down abt nothing by night

I don’t quite feel like that after missing one day, but I did when I was weaning off it after being at higher dose for a year. If I miss a day I sometimes feel dizzy and a bit… swimmy? Like it’s hard to focus on anything.

I've felt this way before. My psychiatrist said it was symptoms of an anxiety attack. He told me it wasn't from missing the medication, but that if the symptoms continued, I'd be prescribed an anti-anxiety drug for panic attacks. I was eventually prescribed Aprazolam (Xanax) alongside my Paroxentine. But, I know those exactly feelings. They can be very scary. I'm sorry you're dealing with this.
