Feeling like something is being missed in my diagnosis

Does anyone else feel like they have a lot of diagnosis but it feels like something is being missed? I have a lot of allergy symptoms and temperature sensitivities, as well as a bunch of psychological issues. I never feel like I'm getting to the root of my problems, it feels like I'm missing a bigger picture diagnosis.

Prayers! It took 3 years for one of my diagnoses to come to light. Another diagnosis is been living with since I was a baby and never knew about until this year. Don’t feel bad to change up doctors or ask for second opinion

This is just me personally but some of my mental and bodily issues came from me having a horrible diet, like a huge vitamin D deficiency! Which was making my depression worse, calcium deficiency that was so bad it was causing bone density loss, was on the verge of becoming diabetic, drinking too many energy drinks that were worsening My anxiety. I was just honest with my doctor and was like I feel like the shit I'm doing to my body isn't doing me any favors and in return she was honest with me and said ya it's not like making changes isn't going to be a cure all but it's not going to make it worse and you'll feel better overall, and lemme tell you since making some changes I do! I hope you can find out more though because I know what you mean about wanting to find the root cause! But try not to take it all on at once, sometimes you really have to chip away at it before finding the bigger picture

Yes! I have been saying there is something missing. None of my doctors have wanted to hear. Just got confirmation that there is definitely something missing. While they don't know what it is they know its there. So frustrating. Wish I'd be listened to the first time.

Yeah, there's some things that make me think I have a hormone imbalance and I also think I have dysgraphia. I am professionally diagnosed with a lot of things (ADHD, eczema, a few anxiety disorders, etc) and doctors have told me I have some other things but haven't given a formal diagnosis (autism and sleep issues). Allergies are the worst, I take multiple things for allergies every day yet always have hives and am stuffy. There's clearly something they're missing in regards to that, but I have no idea what. I even went on a trip somewhere with completely clean clothes and luggage, still had hives.

Oh my gosh, yes! I keep trying to track my symptoms outside of what’s being treated, and it’s like something else is there but it’s not being seen. I am getting tired of being my own doctor, too, because I always have to bring up these other possibilities to my doctors.

Yes! I randomly developed horrible psoriasis, weight gain, GI problems, etc - all at once. I feel like the underlying cause of the inflammation is being missed :/

I have IBS, frequent and large ovarian cysts, a really bad case of TMJ that needs surgery, seizures, tourettes syndrome, ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, early onset schizophrenia, a ton of issues with my back and constant back pain in my entire back, heart issues, etc.. I'm only 21 and feel like my body hates me. I'm too young to have all these issues and I feel the same way, I feel like there is something causing all of these issues such as an undiagnosed autoimmune disease or something. I honestly don't know how my doctors haven't wanted to look further than the obvious issues when I've had several lab tests that were all over the place.
