Misdiagnosed and Ignored: My Struggle with UTI and Yeast Infection

I come to the walk-in clinic for a UTI and yeast infection and walk away with 10 day antibiotics and other 3 day meds. I tried to explain to the doctor (who was too squeamish to examine me) that these symptoms have been going on for a very long time, is definitely more complex, and no one has been able to give me any answers. He said to just treat the UTI and yeast infection, and it should go away. I don't think he understands the big picture. No one SEES the connections and correlations. So let me lay out a timeline. -I was SA'd at the ages of 4-12. -At 7 we found out that part of my kidney was born necrotic and had to be removed. My urethra was supposed to be as thick as a spaghetti noodle. It was as large as my pinky and bypassed the muscles needed to hold it. -At 13 I got my first period, which was extremely heavy and painful. These would be very irregular periods and I would sometimes go 6 months to a year without one. But when they came it was like Hell on Earth. I was put on birth control to help regulate them. -in 2018 we found out that I had a septate uterus - which sometimes comes as a comorbitity with congenital kidney anomalies. But since I was only 7 at the time of my surgery, I guess no one thought to check for that. -in 2020 I began getting random abdominal and pelvic pains. -in 2021 I had consensual sex for the first time, and it was very painful when penetrating what I assumed was my cervix. -over the course of 4 months, I would experience more SA and non-consensual sex, along with more frequent pain and UTI's. - these symptoms continued long after I had escaped from this situation and became more frequent and more painful. - January of 23, while having UTI symptoms, I collapsed in pain - which felt like stabbing pain radiating back and forth from my lower right abdomen to my lower right back like the worst game of ping pong ever. I went to the ER where they did MRIs, CTs, and a transvaginal exam. Everything came back normal. Clean. My doctors exact words were, "We outsource our scans, so there is probably some guy drunk off his ass - because these scans are too coean. As far as we can tell, there is nothing structurally wrong with you." Thanks doc. - about a week ago I had consensual sex after more than a year of inactivity. It was the same pain I'd felt before. After a few days, I'm having a bad yeast infection, a UTI, constipated, I'm urinating blood, and having the most painful abdominal, pelvic, and lower back pains I've ever felt. The pain was radiating down to my knees. I slept in the bathtub and occasionally turned the shower on throughout the night because the pain kept me awake. But it's "just" a UTI. But it's "just" a yeast infection. No. Someone needs to see the bigger picture. There's something going on here, I know it.
