What's Your Favorite Miralax Mix?

What is your favorite drink to mix with Miralax, to make it more palatable? Looking for something that will mask the taste instead of just tasting like icky Miralax-flavored whatever. 😄 (I know technically Miralax isn’t even that gross compared to other meds, but I despise drinking liquid medications because of the taste and texture!)

      @Mandelion I wish I could do magnesium. It has worked pretty well for me in the past, but it doesn’t work for my body now because it’s not kidney-disease friendly. If Miralax ever comes out with a pill form, it will be a very exciting day for me! 😂Mixing it with Gatorade is working for me right now though!

      I used to mix it in tea, Koolaid or juice. I stopped taking Miralax though and take Magnesium glycinate before bed each night and have bowel movements regularly each morning now

      i put it in smoothies or blended drinks! i find i dont even taste it. I have not tried putting it in anything else

      I do the miralax every day. It helps but not a cure. Better than without! I mix it with 24 oz of 100% juice and ice. Drink it and more as much as possible. I have to force liquids and I know the more the better.

      This might be weird but when I did colonoscopy prep I had to mix a ton of miralax with gatorade (the lemon lime one isnt bad) i don’t really like gatorade but hey, electrolytes! And it wasnt bad you couldnt taste the miralax. Otherwise I’d say maybe juice?
