Mild Cataplexy: What Does It Feel Like?

What does mild cataplexy feel like? At first I thought I didn’t have cataplexy, but the more I thought about it, the more instances I could think of. Often when I’m upset I feel very weak, especially in my legs. Can anyone relate? I can’t tell if it is mild cataplexy or just a normal physical emotional response. Thoughts?

Mines was definitely worse when it first started I had frequent full body collapses my leg would constantly go limp to the point where I couldn’t walk across the hall without an attack I struggled to keep my body standing and my neck up straight but depression hit hard so don’t express emotions as often but everything still happens except the full body collapses idk if that’s considered mild though

I feel that weakness in the backs of my legs when I laugh too hard at something. it took me a while to realize it was cataplexy and not just a normal thing that happens to everyone. I’ve never collapsed or fallen but It’s definitely tied to emotions for me.
