Migraines from Buspar, any suggestions?

I got put on Buspar for anxiety, and it works fantastically, but I get migraines on it, like hard to open my eyes in a dim room, can't eat because nauseous, bad. I don't know what to do about it, I already take pain relievers for body pain, and THC/CBD is not a viable solution when I have to work. any suggestions? I work at home on a computer, so being able to see what I'm doing without pausing to close my eyes is kinda necessary.

It may sound silly, but get your rook (part of your ear) pierced. It helped with my migraines

I'll have to look into it, I'm not even sure where the closest piercer is. I'm not going to Claire's even if they did it, they messed up my lobe piercing and now I'm nervous about getting it done again. Might get all three/four done eventually

Maybe you can try this: if you take it with food, start taking it without food. If you take it without food, start taking it with food. I used to take it on an empty stomach and my side effects (lightheaded, dizziness) stopped when I started to take it after eating. Hope this helps 🙏 You can also try massaging lavender oil on the side/back of your neck for at least 2 minutes. Lavender oil helps with my tension headaches.

I'll have to try the lavender thing, the headaches are definitely less with food, but still there.
