Migraines and POTS: A Painful Combination

Anyone else find that migranes make POTS symptoms worse? I had an awful migrane all day yesterday and my POTS symptoms were almost unbearable.

I actually notice the opposite -- if I forget to take salt tabs or if I fall behind on hydrating, my chronic migraines start up again

yes, that’s definitely something I experience often. taking birth control pills has helped me manage both pots and migraines a lot—now they happen less often and are more mild.
