Some individuals have reported using Ubrelvy paired with a muscle relaxer as their go-to medication for migraines. Others have mentioned that they use Botox and Aimovig 140 as preventives, and Imitrex when the migraine starts. Some also take Emgality shots once a month and Botox every three months, along with an antidepressant that is supposed to help prevent migraines. However, it's important to note that everyone reacts differently to these treatments.
