I got a face mask (kind of like a sleep mask with holes for your eyes and nose) that I can freeze. That or any other cold compress helps me a lot. If you wear glasses/contacts it also doesn't hurt to get your vision checked if you haven't recently, especially since pseudotumor can cause changes in vision. I also try to limit caffeine, alcohol, stress, heat exposure, and basically anything that raises my blood pressure since I've noticed all of those can make my headaches worse. Hope something there might help, it's definitely not easy 😔

Depending on where you live, I've found cannabis can somewhat alleviate my symptoms.
