      Yes! Especially when my sleep gets disrupted or even just changed (same or more or less hours, earlier or later bed/waketime, etc). Changes in routine can change so many things that can trigger migraines. In college, I would dread going home on breaks because it meant that my routine would be changing šŸ™ƒ
